Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a lot better than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, getting a 75.2 score against 62.5. Despite being the best we are comparing, Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a notably older, heavier and a little thicker device than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus. Both tablets in this review include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has an older 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a little bit better performance than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster), and they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a much sharper display than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, because it has a better 2560 x 1600 resolution, a greater number of pixels per inch in the screen and a little bit bigger display.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 captures a lot better pictures and videos than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels. The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus features a much greater storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a much longer battery performance than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, because it has 4800mAh of battery capacity against 2900mAh.
