LG G Pad X 8.0 is better than the LG Optimus Pad LTE, getting a 63.5 score against 56.4. LG G Pad X 8.0 is a noticeably newer tablet, and it is also somewhat thinner and lighter than the LG Optimus Pad LTE. Both tablets in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G Pad X 8.0 has the newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while LG Optimus Pad LTE has Android 3.2, so it gives you lots of additional features and increased performance.

The LG G Pad X 8.0 features a little sharper screen than LG Optimus Pad LTE, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a way higher 1200 x 1920 resolution. The LG Optimus Pad LTE counts with slightly more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G Pad X 8.0, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 32 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.

LG G Pad X 8.0 has a bit better performance than LG Optimus Pad LTE, because it has a larger number of cores. The LG Optimus Pad LTE has a much longer battery performance than LG G Pad X 8.0, because it has a 6800mAh battery capacity. LG Optimus Pad LTE shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than LG G Pad X 8.0, because it has a back-facing camera with a way higher 8 megapixels resolution.
