Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is a bit better than LG Optimus Pad LTE, with a 61.7 score against 56.4. Both tablets in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has 4.1 version while LG Optimus Pad LTE has Android 3.2 version, providing a couple nice extra features. Although the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE and LG Optimus Pad LTE were released only 7 months apart, Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's design is a bit thicker but lighter than LG Optimus Pad LTE.

LG Optimus Pad LTE and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE feature really similar displays, because although the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a lot smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 600 x 1024px, it also counts with a bit greater display density. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a bit better processing unit than LG Optimus Pad LTE, and although they both have 2 processing cores, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE also has an extra graphics co-processor.

LG Optimus Pad LTE shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a way higher 8 MP resolution camera. The LG Optimus Pad LTE features a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has a SD card slot that holds 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.

The LG Optimus Pad LTE features a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a 6800mAh battery capacity.
