Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a global score of 66.2, which is better than LG Optimus Pad LTE's score of 56.4. The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 body is a lot newer, way lighter and somewhat thinner than the LG Optimus Pad LTE. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version and LG Optimus Pad LTE has Android 3.2 version.

Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 counts with a better looking display than LG Optimus Pad LTE, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher pixels count per inch of screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1280 x 800px. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a bit superior processor than LG Optimus Pad LTE, because it has an additional GPU and a higher number of cores.
