Comparison review
Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has an overall score of 75.2, which is better than the Microsoft Surface 2's 63.4 global score. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system, while Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 operating system. Even though Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and Microsoft Surface 2 were released with only a couple of months difference, Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a lot better display than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with way more pixels per display inch and a higher 2560 x 1600 resolution. The Microsoft Surface 2 counts with just a bit more storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a little faster processing unit than Microsoft Surface 2, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 2 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has an extra GPU. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface 2, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has a lot more mega pixels back camera.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface 2.
