Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface 2, with a 67 score against 61.8. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 and the Microsoft Surface 2 were released with only a couple months difference, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is noticeably lighter and thinner. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Microsoft Surface 2 works with Windows RT 8.1 OS.
