Comparison review
Apple iPad 4 is a bit better than Microsoft Surface 3, with a general score of 70.8 against 66.3. Apple iPad 4's body is a little heavier and a little bit thicker than the Microsoft Surface 3. Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit better performance than Apple iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 3 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores.
Apple iPad 4 features a brighter screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little greater pixels amount per inch in the display and a bit higher 1536 x 2048px resolution. IPad 4 and Microsoft Surface 3 count with very similar memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos, both have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
IPad 4 features a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a back-facing camera with a lot lower 5 MP resolution and a worse video definition. Apple iPad 4's battery duration is just as good as the Microsoft Surface 3 one.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Microsoft Surface 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Microsoft Surface 3. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy iPad 4, otherwise you can save some money and get the Microsoft Surface 3, resigning some specs and features.
