Comparison review
Apple iPad Air 2 has a score of 79.3, which is better than the Microsoft Surface 3's 66.3 score. Although Apple iPad Air 2 and the Microsoft Surface 3 were only released with a couple of months difference, Apple iPad Air 2 is much thinner and a lot lighter. The iPad Air 2 counts with a much better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better 2048 x 1536 resolution and a little greater screen pixels density.
IPad Air 2's storage capacity for apps and games is very similar to Microsoft Surface 3's one, both have the same 128 GB internal storage. The iPad Air 2 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has an inferior number of slower cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit.
IPad Air 2 has a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface 3. They have the same video frame rates, a same resolution camera in the back and the same (Full HD) video quality. IPad Air 2 counts with a really longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3.
Despite of being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, the Apple iPad Air 2 is also a bargain compared to the other ones, making it a no doubt choice.
