Comparison review
IPad mini 2 is much better than the Microsoft Surface 3, with a general score of 77.2 against 66.3. The iPad mini 2 body is somewhat thinner and way lighter than the Microsoft Surface 3, despite of the fact that it was released just a little over a year before. IPad mini 2 has a bit superior processor than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores and slower, it also counts with an additional GPU and a 64 bits processor.
IPad mini 2 features an incredibly better looking display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher display density and a slightly better resolution of 1536 x 2048px. IPad mini 2 counts with as much memory to store more apps and games as Microsoft Surface 3, both have equal internal memory.
IPad mini 2 takes greater videos and photos than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a lower (Full HD) video definition and a much less megapixels resolution camera in the back. IPad mini 2 has a superior battery life than Microsoft Surface 3.
IPad mini 2 is way more expensive than the Microsoft Surface 3, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
