IPod Touch (2019) has an overall score of 66.9, which is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface 3's general score of 66.3. The iPod Touch (2019) body is newer, a lot thinner and lighter than the Microsoft Surface 3. Apple iPod Touch (2019) has a brighter display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 640 x 1136 pixels and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a way greater screen pixels density.
The Apple iPod Touch (2019) features a little bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface 3. Both have the same number of cores. The Apple iPod Touch (2019) has a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Microsoft Surface 3, because it has more internal memory.
The iPod Touch (2019)'s battery performance is very similar to Microsoft Surface 3's battery lifetime. The iPod Touch (2019) shoots way better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface 3. Both of them have the same video frame rate, the same (Full HD) video definition and a back facing camera with an 8 MP resolution.
