Comparison review

The Microsoft Surface 3 is a little bit better than the Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, with a 66.3 score against 62.7. Microsoft Surface 3's construction is noticeably newer than the Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation's, but it's extremely thicker and notably heavier. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a little better performance than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM memory and 2 more processing cores.

Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation has an incredibly better screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a really smaller display and a much lower resolution of 1136 x 640px, it also counts with way more pixels per screen inch. The Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with a much better camera than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way worse resolution camera in the back and a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.

The Microsoft Surface 3 has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has 128 GB internal memory. Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation features a much better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface 3.

Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the iPod Touch 5th Generation, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPod Touch 5th Generation. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the iPod Touch 5th Generation, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
