Comparison review
Google Nexus 10 has a score of 68.1, which is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface 3's overall score of 66.3. Google Nexus 10 is a much older and just a bit thicker tablet than Microsoft Surface 3, but Google managed to make it just a little bit lighter anyway. The Google Nexus 10 counts with a much more vibrant display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a better count of pixels per inch in the display.
Microsoft Surface 3 features a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 10, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit superior CPU than Google Nexus 10, because it has a greater number of cores (although they are slower) and a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Google Nexus 10 features a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3. The Google Nexus 10 shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a much worse resolution back facing camera and a lower 1920x1080 video quality.
In addition to being the best tablet in our current comparison, the Google Nexus 10 is also very cheap compared to the other devices.
