Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 has a score of 66.3, which is better than the Google Nexus 7's 59.3 general score. Microsoft Surface 3's body is notably newer and somewhat thinner, but also much heavier than the Google Nexus 7. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with just a little better performance than Google Nexus 7, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also counts with more RAM memory.
The Google Nexus 7 has a sharper screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a way lower 800 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with a little greater screen density. Microsoft Surface 3 features a way bigger memory to install applications and games than Google Nexus 7, because it has more internal memory.
The Google Nexus 7 features a much better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface 3. The Microsoft Surface 3 has a much better camera than Google Nexus 7.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Google Nexus 7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Nexus 7. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface 3, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Google Nexus 7, letting go some specs and features.
