Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 has a score of 66.3, which is a little bit better than HTC Jetstream's score of 63.6. Microsoft Surface 3 is a incredibly newer tablet, and it is also extremely thinner and somewhat lighter than HTC Jetstream. Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 2 more processing cores and 3 GB more RAM memory.
The HTC Jetstream counts with a slightly better looking display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way worse 768 x 1280px resolution, a bit smaller display and a much worse quantity of pixels in each inch in the display. The Microsoft Surface 3 has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than HTC Jetstream, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory.
HTC Jetstream shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 3. Both of them have the same video frame rate, a 8 mega pixels resolution camera and the same (Full HD) video resolution. The HTC Jetstream features a much better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC Jetstream, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC Jetstream. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface 3, else you can save some money and get the HTC Jetstream, letting go some specifications.
