The Microsoft Surface 3 has an overall score of 66.3, which is a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD's overall score of 62.7. Even though Microsoft Surface 3 is just a little heavier than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, it's just a little bit thinner and also notably newer. The Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD features a little sharper screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater number of pixels per inch in the screen.
