The Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is a little bit better than the Lenovo Miix 2 11's general score of 63.8. The Microsoft Surface 3 is a way thinner and noticeably lighter tablet device than Lenovo Miix 2 11. The Lenovo Miix 2 11 has a slightly better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a little worse count of pixels per inch in the display and a little lower 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, it also counts with a bit bigger screen.
