Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is much better than the LG G Pad 8.0's global score of 58.6. Microsoft Surface 3 is a somewhat thinner but notably heavier portable tablet than the LG G Pad 8.0. LG G Pad 8.0 has a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, a really smaller display and a quite worse screen pixels density.
The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit better hardware performance than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Microsoft Surface 3 also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. Microsoft Surface 3 has a very superior storage for apps and games than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with just a bit better camera than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a camera with way more megapixels. The LG G Pad 8.0 has a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G Pad 8.0. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the LG G Pad 8.0, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
