Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is much better than Microsoft Surface 3, with a overall score of 75.8 against 66.3. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014)'s design is a bit thinner and lighter than the Microsoft Surface 3, although it was released around 20 months before. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a little faster CPU than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also counts with an additional GPU.
