The Microsoft Surface 3 has a score of 66.3, which is better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's general score of 57.6. Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better tablet device than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, we must note that it is also an older, way heavier and just a little bit thicker tablet device. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with just a bit better display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a much smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1200 x 1920, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display.
