IPad mini 3 is much better than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, with a 77.5 score against 58.7. The iPad mini 3 construction is a lot lighter and thinner than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro. The iPad mini 3 works with iOS 8.x OS, and Microsoft Surface 9 Pro counts with Windows OS. Apple iPad mini 3 counts with a much more powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU, an extra graphics processing unit and more cores.
IPad mini 3 has a much more vibrant display than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because although it has a way worse 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better amount of pixels per inch of screen. The Apple iPad mini 3 features a lot better camera than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, although it has a back camera with a lot worse resolution.
