Dell Venue 8 Pro is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, getting a 59.6 score against 58.7. Dell Venue 8 Pro has Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Microsoft Surface 9 Pro counts with Windows OS. The Dell Venue 8 Pro body is way lighter and a little bit thinner than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro.
