Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Go is much better than the Acer Iconia W510, having a overall score of 66.5 against 57.5. Both of these tablets include Windows OS, but the Microsoft Surface Go has newer 10 version while Acer Iconia W510 has Windows 8 version. The Microsoft Surface Go construction is way newer, somewhat lighter and a little thinner than the Acer Iconia W510.
Acer Iconia W510 has a little faster processor than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Acer Iconia W510 also counts with an additional graphics processor. Microsoft Surface Go has a little bit better display than Acer Iconia W510, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a lot higher resolution of 1800 x 1200.
Microsoft Surface Go features a very superior memory for applications and games than Acer Iconia W510, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Microsoft Surface Go takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Acer Iconia W510. Both of them have the same video frame rate, the same video resolution and a camera in the back with an 8 mega-pixels.
Acer Iconia W510 has a very superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface Go.
Although Microsoft Surface Go is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Acer Iconia W510, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Acer Iconia W510. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Go, else you can save some dollars and buy the Acer Iconia W510, giving up some specifications.
