The Microsoft Surface Go is slightly better than iPod Touch 5th Generation, getting a score of 66.5 against 62.7. Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 operating system, while iPod Touch 5th Generation has iOS 7.x operating system. The Microsoft Surface Go body is way newer, but a lot heavier and extremely thicker than the iPod Touch 5th Generation.

The iPod Touch 5th Generation features a much better display than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a way lower 1136 x 640 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a way better count of pixels per display inch. The Microsoft Surface Go features a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity.

Microsoft Surface Go counts with a little faster processing unit than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Go also counts with a higher amount of RAM.
