Comparison review

Microsoft Surface Go has an overall score of 66.5, which is better than the Asus VivoTab's 57.5 global score. Microsoft Surface Go's design is notably newer, notably lighter and just a bit thinner than the Asus VivoTab. Both tablets we compare here come with Windows OS (operating system), but Microsoft Surface Go has 10 version and Asus VivoTab has Windows 8.

The Asus VivoTab features a bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The Microsoft Surface Go has a slightly better screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way greater pixels amount per inch in the screen and a lot better resolution of 1800 x 1200px.

Microsoft Surface Go counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Asus VivoTab, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Asus VivoTab's battery performance is very similar to the Microsoft Surface Go one. The Microsoft Surface Go and the Asus VivoTab feature really similar cameras, both have the same 1920x1080 video definition, the same video frame rate and a 8 megapixels resolution camera in the back.

The Microsoft Surface Go is more expensive than the Asus VivoTab, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
