Google Nexus 10 is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface Go, getting a score of 68.1 against 66.5. Google Nexus 10 is an extremely older, heavier and a little thicker tablet device than the Microsoft Surface Go. The Google Nexus 10 has Android 5.1 OS, while Microsoft Surface Go works with Windows 10 OS.
The Google Nexus 10 has a much sharper display than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a better resolution of 1600 x 2560, more pixels per inch in the screen and a little bit bigger screen.
