Microsoft Surface Go is slightly better than the Lenovo Miix 2 11, getting a 66.5 score against 63.8. These tablets use Windows operating system, but Microsoft Surface Go has a newer 10 version and Lenovo Miix 2 11 has Windows 8.1 version, so it gives you some additional features and some performance improvements. The Microsoft Surface Go body is a lot lighter and a lot thinner than Lenovo Miix 2 11.
