The Microsoft Surface Go is much better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, getting a general score of 66.5 against 57.6. Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 OS, while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The Microsoft Surface Go is a newer portable tablet than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but it is notably heavier and just a little thicker.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a slightly better screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a quite better resolution of 1200 x 1920px.
