Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro is slightly better than Asus VivoTab RT, having a 63.2 score against 61. Both tablets we compare here use Windows OS (operating system), but Microsoft Surface Pro has the older 8 Pro version while Asus VivoTab RT has Windows RT version. Despite being the best device we are comparing, the Microsoft Surface Pro is an a lot thicker and noticeably heavier device than the Asus VivoTab RT.
Microsoft Surface Pro has a little sharper display than Asus VivoTab RT, because it has a little larger screen, a better 1080 x 1920px resolution and a greater pixels density. Microsoft Surface Pro has just a bit better hardware performance than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Asus VivoTab RT has a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a much better (Full HD) video definition and a back facing camera with way more mega pixels. The Microsoft Surface Pro has a very superior storage for applications and games than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Microsoft Surface Pro and the Asus VivoTab RT count with quite similar battery durations.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than Asus VivoTab RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus VivoTab RT. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Asus VivoTab RT, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
