The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with Windows 8 Pro operating system, while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with just a little better hardware performance than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and an additional graphics processor.
