The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a score of 65.1, which is slightly better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's 60.8 global score. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 works with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 operating system. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 design is way heavier and way thicker than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a bit more powerful CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because although it has 6 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processor and more cpu cores.
