The iPad 4 has a score of 70.8, which is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 2's 65.1 global score. IPad 4 has iOS 7.x OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 2 comes with Windows 8.1 Pro OS. The iPad 4 construction is lighter and thinner than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2. The Apple iPad 4 counts with a processing unit that's just as good as the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 one, because although the Apple iPad 4 has lesser RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
IPad 4 has a better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1536 x 2048px resolution and a greater display density. Apple iPad 4 shoots way better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 video resolution.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has much more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Apple iPad 4, because it has 384 GB more internal memory capacity. The iPad 4 features a battery life that's just as good as the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 one.
