IPad Pro is way better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2, getting a score of 79.5 against 65.1. The iPad Pro construction is newer, a lot lighter and extremely thinner than Microsoft Surface Pro 2. IPad Pro has iOS 9.x OS, while Microsoft Surface Pro 2 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS. The iPad Pro features just a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, although it has a smaller amount of RAM and less processing cores.
Apple iPad Pro features a better looking display than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because it has a greater count of pixels per display inch, a way higher resolution of 2732 x 2048 and a bigger display.
