Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a score of 65.1, which is a bit better than Asus VivoTab RT's overall score of 61. Even though the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is newer than the Asus VivoTab RT, it's extremely heavier and noticeably thicker. Both of these tablets have Windows OS (operating system), but Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has an older 8.1 Pro version and Asus VivoTab RT has Windows RT.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a bit more vivid display than Asus VivoTab RT, because it has a higher pixels density, a better 1080 x 1920px resolution and a little bigger screen. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a little faster processor than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with a higher amount of RAM. Asus VivoTab RT captures much better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because it has a way better (Full HD) video quality.
Asus VivoTab RT's battery life is very similar to Microsoft Surface Pro 2's battery duration.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a bit more expensive than the Asus VivoTab RT, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
