Galaxy Note 8.0 has an overall score of 68.4, which is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2's 65.1 score. Galaxy Note 8.0 is a noticeably thinner and incredibly lighter device than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2, although both were only released 7 months apart. Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS.
