Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a little bit better than the iPad Air 2, having a overall score of 82.4 against 79.3. Although the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is incredibly newer than the iPad Air 2, it's incredibly heavier and way thicker. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) comes with Windows 10 Pro OS, and iPad Air 2 counts with iOS 8.x OS.
Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a bit better processing power than Apple iPad Air 2, because although it has a 32-bit processing unit against 64-bits, it also counts with more cpu cores and 14 GB more RAM memory. The iPad Air 2 has a sharper display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), although it has a bit less pixels per inch of display, a lot worse 2048 x 1536 resolution and a really smaller display.
The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with a much bigger storage to install games and applications than iPad Air 2, because it has 1000 GB internal storage capacity. The iPad Air 2 counts with a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).
