Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is way better than the Asus ZenPad Z8, having a general score of 82.4 against 61.9. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) body is newer than the Asus ZenPad Z8's, although it is much heavier and a little thicker. Asus ZenPad Z8 has a bit more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a much lower resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better display pixels density.
The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with a bit better processor than Asus ZenPad Z8, because although it has 4 less CPU cores (although faster), it also counts with more RAM. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus ZenPad Z8, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal storage.
The Asus ZenPad Z8 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017). Both have a same resolution back camera, the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rate. Asus ZenPad Z8 counts with a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).
