The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system, and Google Pixel Slate works with Chrome OS operating system.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a bit more powerful CPU than Google Pixel Slate. Both have the same RAM amount and 2 CPU cores. Google Pixel Slate has a bit sharper display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Google Pixel Slate also has a just a bit greater count of pixels per inch in the display and a slightly better resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel Slate, because it has 1000 GB internal storage. Google Pixel Slate counts with a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).
