The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a general score of 82.4, which is a lot better than the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus's 63.1 score. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) works with Windows 10 Pro OS, and Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus counts with Android 7.1 Nougat OS. Although it's the best tablet in this comparison review, the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) construction is extremely heavier and somewhat thicker than the Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus.

Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus features just a bit better display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a much lower resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of screen. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a way bigger storage for applications and games than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features just a bit better performance than Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus, because although it has 6 lesser CPU cores , it also counts with a larger amount of RAM. The Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus takes much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).
