The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 counts with Android 4.4.2 operating system. Although Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is noticeably newer than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, it is just a bit thicker and notably heavier.
