The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 72.2, which is slightly better than Apple iPad 4's 70.8 overall score. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a somewhat heavier but just a little thinner tablet than Apple iPad 4. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Apple iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x OS.
IPad 4 has a much better looking screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a bit greater amount of pixels in each inch in the display.
