Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is just a bit better than the Apple iPod Touch (2019), having a 72.2 score against 66.9. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while Apple iPod Touch (2019) has iOS 13.x operating system. Although it's the best portable tablet we are comparing, we must highlight that it's also incredibly older, incredibly thicker and notably heavier.
IPod Touch (2019) counts with a bit sharper display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a much lower resolution of 640 x 1136 pixels and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater display pixel density. The iPod Touch (2019) has a bit more powerful CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because it has a greater number of cores.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Apple iPod Touch (2019), because it has 256 GB more internal memory. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and the iPod Touch (2019) both have really similar battery durations. The iPod Touch (2019) captures much clearer photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the iPod Touch (2019) also has a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Apple iPod Touch (2019), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Apple iPod Touch (2019). If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Apple iPod Touch (2019), and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
