The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a global score of 72.2, which is just a bit better than Google Nexus 10's score of 68.1. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, and Google Nexus 10 comes with Android 5.1 operating system. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a newer tablet device than Google Nexus 10, although it's heavier and just a little thicker.
The Google Nexus 10 counts with a sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher 1600 x 2560px resolution and more pixels per inch of screen. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with just a little better performance than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have 2 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 also has more RAM memory.
The Google Nexus 10 has a better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Both have the same video frame rate, a camera with a 5 mega-pixels resolution and the same 1920x1080 video definition.
