Comparison review

Google Pixel Slate has a general score of 79.3, which is slightly better than Microsoft Surface Pro 3's 72.2 overall score. Google Pixel Slate's design is a lot newer, a little lighter and a lot thinner than the Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Google Pixel Slate comes with Chrome OS OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 3 comes with Windows 8.1 Pro OS.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and the Google Pixel Slate both feature extremely similar CPUs, and although the Google Pixel Slate has a larger amount of RAM, they both have a Dual-Core processing unit. Google Pixel Slate counts with a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because it has a better display pixels density, a bit larger display and a better resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels.

Google Pixel Slate shoots way better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Google Pixel Slate also has a way better resolution camera in the back. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a superior memory capacity for applications and games than Google Pixel Slate, because it has 256 GB more internal memory capacity.

The Google Pixel Slate counts with a battery duration that is very similar to the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 one.

Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Microsoft Surface Pro 3. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, resigning a couple features and specifications.
