Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has an overall score of 72.2, which is better than the HTC Jetstream's score of 63.6. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 body is way newer and incredibly thinner, but also somewhat heavier than the HTC Jetstream.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a little faster processing unit than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have 2 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 also counts with more RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a slightly better display than HTC Jetstream, because it has a larger display, a much higher 1440 x 2160px resolution and a greater count of pixels per inch in the screen.
The HTC Jetstream features a way better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the HTC Jetstream also has a lot better 8 mega pixels resolution camera. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a superior memory capacity for applications and games than HTC Jetstream, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 480 GB more internal memory.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC Jetstream, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC Jetstream. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get HTC Jetstream, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
