Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a global score of 72.2, which is better than the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD's 62.7 global score. Microsoft Surface Pro 3's design is much newer than the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD's, but it is a little thicker and noticeably heavier. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD comes with Android 4.0 OS.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD feature very similar displays, because although the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has a little bit smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1200 x 1920, it also counts with a just a little higher count of pixels in each inch of display.
