Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has an overall score of 76.9, which is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 4's score of 73.8. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 comes with Android 4.4 operating system, while Microsoft Surface Pro 4 comes with Windows 10 Pro operating system. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 design is just a little thinner and just a little bit lighter than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, despite of the fact that it was released around 22 months before.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a sharper display than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a bit less pixels per display inch, a little bit worse resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a little smaller display. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a lot better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and a higher number of cores (and faster).

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 1000 GB internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro 4.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 shoots better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 4. Both of them have the same video frame rate, a same resolution back-facing camera and the same (Full HD) video definition.

Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is also by far the cheapest one, making this tablet a no doubt choice.
