Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a little bit better than Apple iPad 3, having a 75.1 score against 71.1. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 construction is extremely newer and somewhat thinner, but also somewhat heavier than Apple iPad 3. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro OS, while Apple iPad 3 comes with iOS 7.x OS.
The iPad 3 features a bit sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a little bit worse screen density, a lot lower 1536 x 2048 resolution and a lot smaller screen. Apple iPad 3 has a much better processing power than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores.
Apple iPad 3 has a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a worse 1920x1080 video quality and a much less mega-pixels back camera. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than iPad 3, because it has more internal storage.
The iPad 3 features a way better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 costs a bit more money than the Apple iPad 3, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
