Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a general score of 75.1, which is a little bit better than Apple iPad 4's score of 70.8. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Apple iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a heavier but somewhat thinner tablet than Apple iPad 4.
The Apple iPad 4 features a much powerful CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and more cpu cores. The iPad 4 features a bit sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a lot worse 1536 x 2048px resolution, a really smaller screen and a little less pixels per inch in the display.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a very superior memory for games and applications than iPad 4, because it has 872 GB more internal storage capacity. The Apple iPad 4 captures way better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a way worse resolution camera and a worse video definition.
