IPad mini 3 has an overall score of 77.5, which is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 4's overall score of 75.1. IPad mini 3 works with iOS 8.x OS, while Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro OS. The iPad mini 3 design is just a little bit thinner and lighter than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, even though it was released just 12 months before.
The iPad mini 3 features a much better performing processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor, a 64-bits processing unit and 2 more cpu cores. IPad mini 3 has just a bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a way worse 1536 x 2048px resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher pixels density.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Apple iPad mini 3, because it has 1000 GB internal storage.
