Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has an overall score of 75.1, which is just a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite's general score of 73.3. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 works with Windows 10 Pro operating system, and Huawei MediaPad M5 lite comes with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system. Despite being the best portable tablet in this comparison review, Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a older, notably heavier and just a little thicker portable tablet than the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a much powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a more vivid display than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because it has a way better 1824 x 2736 pixels resolution, a larger display and a just a little better display pixel density.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite takes much better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 4. Both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the same video frame rate and a camera with an 8 mega-pixels.
